Free introductory workout.

This is the initial encounter for all UE clients.  It includes a short lecture that gives you an intellectual understanding of our process.  Next we bring you into the training and establish your custom machine settings.  Lastly we take you through a supervised workout so you can experience first hand what Ultimate Exercise is all about.

FAQs

  • About 1 hour. There is a 20 minute educational session, time to custom fit you on our equipment and 15-20 minutes to do the actual workout.

  • Once an intense workout stimulus is delivered your body needs time to recover and adapt. Most people require a minimum of 3 days and maximum of 7 days between workouts. The majority of our clients end up working out once per week.

  • Our only rule is no skirts, high-heel shoes or restrictive clothing. Workout attire is preferred, but daily attire or work attire is acceptable. We keep our training area at 61 degrees year round, so you will not get sweaty or need to shower. We do have a bathroom changing area if you wish to change clothes.
